Usually we're reminding you of the simple things you can do when firing up your AC at this time of the year to keep your sytem running great - but this year this is a new set of problems. The drought has caused many of the pads underneath the outside condensor unit to shift and even pull the unit away from the home. Some coolant pipes have been pulled away along with many other problems.
