This is the time of year when many of us "overseed". From advertisements to big seed sales, it's what we're told to do. The truth is - most of us don't need to put down seed at all, we just need to feed the grass that is already there. Proper fertilization, watering and the cooler weather will do the rest. Find out if you need to seed, or if simple fertilization will do the trick. It can save you a lot of time and money.
